Pierre Del Rosario is a reserve study professional with more than 25 years of experience providing financial and reserve planning services to condominium associations, HOAs, CDDs, timeshare communities, and other organizations.
Pierre is the co-author of Reserve Studies: The Complete Guide and specializes in Reserve Studies, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), capital reserve planning, and long-term reserve funding throughout Florida.
He holds a degree in Accounting, earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential in Mexico, and completed a Professional Certificate in Financial Management from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
Pierre holds the Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI), and a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license.
Through Capital Reserve Advisors, Pierre provides professional reserve studies and SIRS services for condominiums, HOAs, high-rise buildings, planned communities, CDDs, timeshare resorts, and other community associations throughout Florida.
Capital Reserve Advisors was formed to provide for the complete reserve study of common interest realty associations and other organizations. We have 20+ years experience with condominium associations, planned developments, CDD, timeshare associations and country clubs, condo hotels, churches, schools, and governmental entities
